TiVo Stream Instructions

Order directly from your remote control. Simply select the program from the guide and press ‘Rent’. The charge will be applied to your account. Need to cancel your purchase? Just give us a call at 1-888-345-1111.

Please note, at this time PPV recording, rewinding or fast-forwarding are not supported by TiVo Stream.

Standard DVR (Maestro) Instructions

Using your standard DVR (Maestro) remote control and onscreen guide, on the TV you plan to watch the event
Press the “C” button at the top of the remote to access the onscreen guide
Select the PPV HD channel 690
Or for the PPV SD channel, choose 310 in Atlantic Canada, 365 rest of Canada
Arrow over to the date and time of the event
Select “OK”, then “Record/Buy”, then “Yes” to confirm order
Once ordered, a small grey clock will appear next to the event in the channel guide.
Because this is a multi-hour event, scroll over to the far right to verify the small clock is displayed to verify the event has been successfully ordered.

HD Receiver Instructions

Using your Eastlink remote control and onscreen guide, on the TV you plan to watch the event
Press the “Guide” button to access the onscreen grid guide
Select the PPV HD channel 690
Or for the PPV SD channel, choose 310 in Atlantic Canada, 365 rest of Canada
Arrow over to the date and time of the event
Select “OK”, then “Buy”, then “Yes” to confirm order
Once ordered, a “$” will appear next to the event in the channel guide
Set the event to record for viewing later
Remember, you must go to channel 690 within 29 minutes of the event starting, to be able to watch the event.
